Helper rates
Helpers set their rates. A listed hourly rate is not a final quote for every job. Agree on duties, hours and any extra costs before confirming help.
Your bill
Review the bill's line items and total before paying. Visit estimates may differ from a bill based on actual work. Ask the helper about any difference.
Platform charges
The payment service applies the platform fee configured for the bill. A provider's platform fee is deducted from the payment rather than added as a separate family charge. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you authorize.
Tips
Tips are optional. Review your chosen tip before payment. Ourli does not apply its platform fee to the tip.
Booking credit
Eligible referral credit is shown when applied to a bill. Only the displayed discount reduces your payment; unused credit stays in your balance. Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Cancellations and missed visits
A helper may set a cancellation window and missed-visit fee. Review that policy before the visit. A saved card or authorization hold is not itself a completed charge.
A payment looks wrong
Do not pay a second time while the first payment is being checked. Contact the helper from Bills, or ask Ourli for help with a disputed amount.
