Delete your account

If you can sign in, the fastest way is inside Ourli: tap the gear icon in the top bar, then "Delete my account." If you can't sign in, fill this in and we'll take care of it.

What gets deleted

Your profile and photo, your household details and any children's names and ages, your messages, saved helpers and searches, reviews you wrote, notification settings, and your sign-in.

What we have to keep

Records of bills that were paid, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. These are kept apart from your account and are not used to contact you.

How long it takes

We confirm it's really you by email, then delete within 30 days. If you have an unpaid bill or a visit still booked, we'll settle that first.
